• Risk of Project Creator's Unforeseen Circumstances: While unlikely, the project creator's unforeseen events, such as accidental death, could impact the project.


• Potential Technological Limitations: Despite thorough analysis, it is possible that significant obstacles may arise, rendering the project unfeasible at its current technological stage.


• Financing Challenges: As we are in the initial phase of the project, securing startup financing remains a critical objective. However, there is a possibility that we may encounter difficulties in raising the necessary funds. The estimated budget for successfully bringing this project to market falls between 50 and 100 million Euros, leaning more towards the higher end of this range.


• Opposition from Industry Players: It is conceivable that certain industry participants may resist our endeavors, potentially resulting in delays or obstacles to the project's realization.

However, we firmly believe in the project's ultimate success due to the following reasons:

• Track Record of the Project Creator: The project creator has a history of overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges and achieving success.


• Demand from Software Developers and Industry Leaders: Numerous software developers and industry leaders recognize the need for an advanced high-end processor technology.


• Complexity in Simplicity: Although we cannot provide specific details for confidentiality reasons, the project's underlying concept is both remarkably intricate and elegantly simple.


• Global Readiness: The world is primed for such an innovation.

In summary, this project presents the type of opportunity that many of us wish to encounter at least once in our lives. It offers the chance to invest at the very inception of its journey, during which the project creator seeks diverse investors. While substantial funding will be required, we welcome those who are willing to take a reasonable risk. For instance, we are currently seeking investments ranging from 5 to 10 million Euros (or the equivalent in your currency) in exchange for a 10% (undilutable) stake in the future company. Of the total shares, only 30% will be allocated to investors, another 10% going to the developer and 10% reserved for floating stock. The other (undilutable) 50% are retained by us (to maintain control over the company's future). Should we succeed in reaching the market after selling only 10% or 20% of the shares, those who have invested will receive additional shares up to the 30% mark.
The plan is to bring the product to market within a timeframe of 4 to 8 years, contingent upon the available capital. Within a decade, we anticipate capturing approximately 10% of the global market, which currently stands at 87 billion Euros annually. If we achieve this market share, investors can expect a monthly return near or equal to their initial capital investment, while the value of their shares could increase significantly.
The entry point for this project begins at approximately 5000 Euros. We strongly advise against investing funds essential for your daily needs and encourage considering this investment as part of a retirement strategy. In the event of success, this investment could potentially lead to an early retirement within 10 years. However, should the project not materialize as anticipated, the financial loss would amount to an 'acceptable' few months' of your income (around 2 to 3 months). But even in case of failure, we hopefully could sell the project and return some of the funds.


Additional Considerations:

• Financial Stability of the Project Creator: The project creator does not require this funding to sustain themselves for the next one to two years.


• Investor Participation in Oversight: We aim to allow investors to elect one or two of them to review the company's expenditures.


• Progress and Challenges Reporting: Regular updates in the form of concise one or two-page reports will be provided to keep you informed of the project's progress and any encountered difficulties.
