This form allows you to 'promise' to finance the developement of the OPU processor. As we want to allow as many profiles of investor as possible to join the project we offer different way to invest:
- Full payment at the beginning: Just give an amount, we will contact you when we are ready to start.
- In separate payments: Write the total amount, and then say in how many payments you want to do them, and the periodicity. The first payment will be called for when we are ready to start.
- In addition, you can delay your first payment. For this,enter a date in the "Delay to" field. This date should not be after September 2024.
At this moment, we are selling 10% of the shares of the future company. These share are undilutable (which means that any further increase of the number of shares, the 10% we sell today will always be 10% of the total of the shares, ie: you will get free shares). To consider to create the company, we need enough funding. hopefully, this first round will raise more than 5 Millions Euros.
This is the first of three steps to raise the foreseable needed budget which is from 50 to 100 Millions.
If we get more than the planned 5 Millions, two benefits:
- We can work faster, so you get an income faster too.
- If we finish without selling more shares, the unsold shares, up to 30% of the total shares, will be distributed to the initial shareholders.
So, if we get 100 millions on this first round, they will very probably be worth 30% of the total shares of the company.
